Insight & Guidance
I first met Ahimsa when she became my yoga teacher and took me through two years of deep yoga therapy to heal long-standing issues that had caused me problems for many decades. I follow the practice she taught me each day and use her Yoga Nidra recordings as part of this practice. It has had the most wonderful results for me - so I wanted to share some of what she does with others.
She has a practice South Hobart Yoga & Meditation with several other Yoga teachers. You can find out more about Ahimsa, the teachers, download inexpensive audios, and buy books at her website South Hobart Yoga & Meditation
In addition, Ahimsa travels the world going to areas where there have been civil wars and humanitarian crises, teaching yoga to help individuals and communities heal and cope. She also works with War Veterans and other traumatized people, and is the subject of the award winning documentary Heroes of Peace. You can find out more about her trauma yoga therapy at her website www.lifebeyondtrauma.com
Ahimsa is a very compassionate and kind healer and teacher who helps many people and is a wonderfully positive example of spiritual principles in practice.
